Challenge! “Aces and Eights”

Warm up: 10 arms overhead squats, 10 squat thrust jumps

Mobility: 10/10 side to side lunge, 0:30/0:30 cross leg fold

“Aces and Eights”

One round for time:

500m row
50 jump squats
40 KB swings (20/0 single hand)
30 Slamballs
20 deadlifts (guys at 165 or 135, ladies at 115 or 95)
10 burpee box jumps
1 mile run (daycare big loop and little loop)

Finish: do you really need a finish?! If you feel you didn’t work hard enough you can do the whole workout over again.
