Warm Up: 1:00/10 x 3 – Jump Rope, Ball Toe Touches, Squats

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 20 Twelve to Six Situps
  • 10 Pike Push-Ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings, each arm – ADVANCED: SNATCHES EACH ARM
  • 100 yard run

Finish: 20/10, x4 each: Bicycles, Fast Feet, Flutter Kicks, High Knee Jog
