Found an amazing recipe for brownies and altered it a little bit. Low glycemic and high protein!
60 grams chocolate protein powder
3/4 Cup oat flour or buckwheat flour
2 Tsp Truvia
3 Tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
a dash salt
2 egg whites
3/4 Cup applesauce
1/2 Cup Walnuts
2 Tbsp water
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Mix the ingredients together and pour into a greased 8×8 pan or you can use a muffin pan and make perfect sized portions.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min, or when a toothpick comes out clean.
