Warmup: 30 seconds shoulder circles, squats, high knees

7 rounds total

12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5 seated DB presses
24 toe touch crunches every round
5 BB hang cleans
10 KB goblet squats every round

Warrior:

15, 15, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5 seated DB presses
15 v ups every round
5 BB hang cleans 
5 BB front squats
