Mobility:  10 look at my hands, 10 slow roll up situps, 10 twist lunges two times

warmup: 20 pushups, 20 squat thrusts, 20 jump squats

6 rounds:

10 pushups to side plank
16 plate twists
16 frog squats
10 hindu pushups
10 total single arm ring rows

Warrior

strength: 3×12 db pullovers

6 rounds:

10 db pushups to side plank
16 plate twists
10 double kb sumo DL
10 hindu pushups
6 pullups
