Mobility: 10 pass throughs, 10 overhead squats, 10 bootstrappers

Warmup: 10 lunge/kick per side 10 burpees

6 rounds

12 hindu pushups
10 skull crushers
50 ft bear crawl
20 12 to 6 plate situps
6 different grip for every round: wide grip pullups, close grip chinups, L over R under, R over L under,  wide chin up, close pullup

Warrior:

Mobility & warmup same

Strength: 5×5 barbell overhead squat

15 hindu pushups
10 slam ball
50 ft bear crawl / crab walk alternate rounds
20 12 to 6 plate situps
6 around the world pullups total alternate directions
