Warmup: 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 pushups; 10 jump squats, 10 jump lunges, 20 jumping jacks

Endurance: 1:20 on 40 off… static 3 times through before moving on

1-5 pushup burpee ladder … restart at 1 after climbing to five
5 slamball / 5 medball squats
10 plank jacks / 5 v ups
