Warm Up: 25 Squat Thrusts, 50 Lunges, 75 Jumping Jacks

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Wall Ball
  • 15 Nasties – each side
  • 20 Front/Side Raise Combo
  • 1:00 High Knee Jump Rope

Finish: 30 Pike/Hand Stand Push-Ups, Advanced: 15 Kettlebell Snatches ea. arm
