5 Rounds:

  • 12 decline push-ups
  • 12 DB rows
  • 24 Kettlebell swings
  • 60 bicycles
  • 24 1/2 burpees

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x5: KB high pull, KB high pull, jump squats
