Warm-up: movement; 20 squat thrusts, run – beginner – park, advanced – Andrews

5 rounds:

  • 15 wall ball
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 20 knee tuck crunches
  • 50 total mountain climbers

finish: 20 pike push-ups/handstand push-ups
