Boot Camp Workout for 9/9/11

***First and foremost this workout is dedicated to my mother; today is her birthday and she is in more than ways than one, responsible for everything that I have accomplished in my life and I have so much to thank her for! Thanks momma! I love you! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Warm Up: 25 Jump Squats, Run – Park

4 Rounds:

  • 18 Curl Lunges
  • 18 Slam Balls
  • 18 Box Jumps
  • 50 Feet Duck Walk
  • Run: beginners = 100 yards, advanced = 300 yards

Finish: Kettlebell Swings; beginners = 30, advanced = 50
