Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, Run – Fire Dept

5 Rounds:

  • 15 Wallballs (Advanced = 20)
  • 15 Toe Touch Crunches (Advanced = 20)
  • 15 Shoulder Presses (Advanced = Murder Presses)
  • 60 Bicycles (Advanced = 90)

Finish: 100 Partner Ball Pass Back Sit Ups
