Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, Run – HT 3 blocks ***IT BETTER NOT BE RAINING OUT TODAY!!!***

4 Rounds (ADVANCED X 5):

  • 15 Shoulder Presses – HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY!
  • 80 Bicycles
  • 20 Overhead Plate Circles
  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 20 Leg Raises

Finish: Multi Position Plank
