Boot Camp Workout for 9/26/11

Warm Up: 30/10  x 3 – Jump Overs, Jump Rope, Slam Balls, High Knee Jog

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Burpees (A=20)
  • 10 Sets Windshield Wipers (A=15)
  • 10 Sets Kettlebell Rows (A=15)
  • 15 Box Jumps (A=20)

Finish: 30 Kettlebell Swings
