Warm Up: 50 Jumping Jacks, Run – Park

4 Rounds:

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 15 Skull Crushers
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: 45/15 x 3 – Slam Balls, High Knee Jump Rope, Mountain Climbers
