Boot Camp Workout for 9/21/11

Warm Up: 20 Lunges each leg, Run – Daycare (Yes I am re-naming this run!)

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Wallballs A=20
  • 5 KB Windmills (each arm) A=10
  • 20 Weighted Reach Crunches A=30
  • 15 Overhead Plate Raises A=15 HEAVY!

Finish: 30/30 x 5 – High Knee Jog, Reverse Plank (B = Feet 12″, A = Feet & Shoulders 6″)
