Warm Up: 45/15 x 2 – Mountain Climbers, Frog Squats – Run – Penguin

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Thrusters
  • 30 Superman Plank
  • 15 Front/Side Raise Combos
  • 40 Side Jump Overs ***ADVANCED = 60***
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches ***ADVANCED ONLY***

Finish: 0:20 each x 8 Rounds – Toe Touch Crunches, Regular Crunches, Bicycles ***ADVANCED WITH BALL***
