Boot Camp Workout for 9/12/11

Writing this workout while stuck in the Minneapolis airport…sorry for any typos!

Warm up: 30/10 x 3 – jumping jacks, lunges, jump squats, high knee jog

4 rounds:

Push ups 24, 20, 16, 12 ***ADVANCED: NOSE TO FLOOR!
Suit case crunches B= 24 A=36
Dumbbell Rows B=12 A=18
Squat thrusts B=12 B=18

Finish: run to park
