Warm-up: movement; 30 lunges, 100 jumping jacks

4 Rounds:

  • 10 front-side superset
  • 15 side knee tuck crunches
  • 15 kettlebell swings, A – snatches
  • 30 toe touch crunches
  • 15 box jumps

Finish: 6:00 plank
