Warm-up: movement; 100 mountain climbers, run – park

4 Rounds:

  • 12 alternating floor presses
  • 12 prone rows
  • 12 plyo push-ups
  • 24 nasties
  • 18 squat thrusts

Finish: boot camp – 15 burpee box jumps, warrior – 15 burpee pull-ups
