Boot Camp Workout for 9-19-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 30 jump squats, run – daycare

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Kettlebell push press, each arm
  • 20 windshield wipers, A – 8 hanging leg circles
  • 15 pike push-ups, A – handstand push-ups
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: 40 knee tuck jumps, A – work on double unders
