Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x4 – fast feet, squat thrusts

4 Rounds:

  • 10 chest presses
  • 10 reverse rows
  • 30 knee tuck crunches, A – 10 jump throughs
  • 20 slam balls, A – 15 slam thrusts

Finish: burpee minute
