  • Goblet Squats (Hold)
  • 10 Rack Squats
  • 10 Wall Squats

Strength: 5 Rounds

  • 10 BB Back Squats
  • 10 DB Walking Lunges
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: 0:20 each x 3, 0:30 rest, 8 Rounds

  • KB Swings
  • HKJ
  • Bicycles
