Boot Camp Workout for 9-12-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 20 lunges, run – daycare

4 Rounds:

  • 15 wall ball
  • 60 bicycles
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 30 v-crunches
  • run 100 yards

Finish: 20/10, x6: slam balls, oblique twists, toe touch crunches
