Boot Camp workout for 9-11-13 “Tower One”

Today’s workout is dedicated to those who lost their lives in Tower One at the World Trade Center attacks 12 years ago.

Movement and stretch

Warm up: 20 squats, 500 yard run

“TOWER ONE”…

AMRAP 20:00

  • 5 pike push ups
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 50′ bear crawl
  • 50 yard run

Finish: 20/20/20 x 5 – bicycles, knee up crunches, flutter kicks
