Boot Camp Workout for 8/5/11

Warm Up: 20/20/20 – Fast Feet, Frog Squats, High Knee Jog x 3, Run – 500 yards

4 Rounds:

  • 30 Kettlebell Swings (advanced can do 15 single handed each side)
  • 25 Leg Raises
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 15 Chin Ups

Finish: Sprints
