Boot Camp Workout for 8/31/11

Warm Up: :30/10 – Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Run – Penguin

4 Rounds:

  • Run – 100 yds, 200 yds, 300 yds, 400 yds
  • 10 Overhead KB Lunges – each leg
  • 15 Side Lateral Raises
  • 20 Wallballs
  • 5 KB Snatches – each arm – ADVANCED ONLY

Finish: 25 Pike Pushups – Beginners on floor, Advanced on boxes (Higher box = more difficulty)
