Warm Up: 25 Squats, Run – Fire Dept.

 

4 Rounds:

  • 12/each side Kettlebell Push Presses
  • 15/each side Side Oblique Crunches
  • 18 Bent Rear Lateral Raises
  • 21 Slam Balls

Finish: 30 Wallballs
