Warm Up: 20 Lunges each Leg, Run – Fire Dept.

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Renegade Rows
  • 60 Bicycles
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 15 Good Mornings
  • Sprint 100 yds

Finish: 4 Rounds – 0:30 High Knee Jog, 0:30 Squat Thrusts, 0:30 Plank
