Boot Camp Workout for 8/26/11

Warm Up: 20 Lunges/ea, Run – Fire Dept.

3 Rounds:

  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 30 Curls (HEAVY!)
  • 20 Dips
  • 30 Split Squats
  • 10 Reverse Rows

Finish: 30 Kettlebell Swings (Advance – 50 Swings)
