4 Rounds:

  • 18 Thrusters
  • 36 Med Ball Oblique Twists
  • 18 – 9/ea side – Windmills (kettlebell)
  • 18 Bunny Hops

Finish: 6:00 Abs – 0:30/ea – Crunches, Leg Raises, Bicycles, Suitcase Crunches, Side Oblique, Side Oblique
