Boot Camp Workout for 8/19/11

Warm Up: 300 Yards – Side Shuffle Left, Right, Straight Run (backpedal back first two)

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Front Squats (with single kettlebell)
  • 15 Skull Crushers
  • 90 Bicycles
  • 30 Squat Thrusts
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: Sprints
