Boot Camp Workout for 8/17/11

Warm Up: 25 Squat Thrusts, 75 Jumping Jacks, Run – HT 3 Blocks

4 Rounds:

  • 20 Backwards Lunge Presses
  • 15 Nasties – each side
  • 20 Slam Balls
  • 200 Yard Run

Finish: 40 KB Sumo High Pulls
