Boot Camp Workout for 8/1/11

Warm Up: 25 Squat Thrusts, 50 Jumping Jacks, Main Block – 2 Laps

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Pushups
  • 15 Prone Rows
  • 15 Flies on Ball
  • 25 Reach Crunches
  • Run – 400, 300, 200, 100 yards

Finish: Kettlebell Swings/Bicycles – 20/40 – 5 Rounds
