Warm Up: :30/each – High Knee Jog, Jumping Jacks, Squats, Break x 4

Rounds:

  • Run 500 yards
  • 25 Shoulder Presses
  • 50 V- Crunches
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 25 Wallballs
  • 50 Situps
  • Run 500 yards

Finish: Multi-Position Plank 20/20/20
