Warm-up: Movement; Rain: 20/10, x4 – mountain climbers, high knee jog, skiers; No rain: 20/10, x4 – mountain climbers, high knee jog, run – ht 3 blocks

5 Rounds:

  • 10 front/side combo
  • 12 windshield wipers
  • 10 kettlebell swings each hand, A = snatches
  • 24 toe touch crunches
  • 18 frog squats

Finish: wind mills
