Warm-up: Movement; Rain: 40 squat thrusts, No rain: 20 squat thrusts, run – 500 yards

4 Rounds:

  • 10 decline push-ups, A = 15
  • 10 dumbbell rows, A = 15
  • 15 leg raises, A = 20
  • 20 Kettlebell high pulls, A = 30
  • 20 Jumping lunges

Finish: 20/10, x6 chest press burn out
