Boot Camp Workout for 8-29-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x3 – jumping lunges, high knee jog, jumping jacks

4 Rounds:

  • 10 thrusters
  • 20 knee tuck crunches, A = 10 knees to elbow
  • 10 rear lateral raises
  • 30 scissors
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: 15 Kettlebell snatches, each hand
