Warm-up: Movement; 2:00/:30, x2 – circle drill

4 Rounds:

  • 10 chest press
  • 10 prone rows
  • 30 crunches
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 15 kettlebell swings, each hand

Finish: 20 burpees
