Fight Gone Bad Style
Each exercise is 1 minute, 1 minute rest is built in, 5 Rounds

  • wall ball
  • leg raises
  • 1-2 punch sprawl
  • slam balls
  • plate circles
  • rest

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x3: bicycles, Kettlebell swings, crunches
