20 overhead squats with PVC
10 lawn sprinklers per side
10 lunge back with high kick per side
10 wide-leg body circles per side

TABATA style
knee tucks/mtn climbers in rings
mermaid dips alternating sides
prone rows
pike situps
frog squats
