Boot Camp Workout for 8-20-2012

Warm-up: Movement; No rain – 100 jumping jacks, run – park; rain – 20/10, x4 – high knee jog, squat thrusts, mountain climbers

4 Rounds:

  • 10 chest flyes
  • 25 suitcase crunches
  • 10 reverse rows
  • 25 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 10 jumping lunges

Finish: 30 box jumps
