Boot Camp Workout for 8-19-2012

Warm-up: movement; 25 squats, 50 jumping jacks

5×10
Mtn Climber pushups (variation is 5/5 one hand elevated on a medball)
Pullups
Prisoner plyo Split Squats
Straight arm V-ups

TABATA
clapping pushups (knees for variation)
ring rows
jump lunges
flutter kicks
high knee jog

Finish 8 rounds before moving
on. Give each 8 round TABATA one minute rest/transition period.
