Boot Camp Workout for 8-15-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 50 jumping jacks, run – HT 3 blocks

4 Rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press
  • 60 oblique twists
  • 15 wall ball
  • 30 weighted reach crunches
  • 90 mountain climbers

Finish: 20/10, x6: mermaid dips, plank jacks, up and down plank
