Warm-up: movement; 500 yards

**Today’s class is strictly limited to 20 people. Be sure to get here on time AND signed in to ensure you can workout.**

FGB Style, 1 minute each, x3:

  • box jumps
  • thrusters
  • slam balls
  • kb snatches
  • 20 mountain climbers/20 bicycles
  • rest

Finish: 3:00 plank drill
