Warm-up: Movement; 20 squat thrusts, run – B – park, A – Andrews

5 Rounds:

  • 12 burpees, A – 15
  • 12 Kettlebell rows, A – 15
  • 24 leg raises
  • 12 reverse rows, A – 15
  • run 100 yards

Finish: 20/10, x6: push-ups, prone rows, bicycles
