Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, 20 Lunges, Run – HT 3 Blocks

3 Rounds:

  • 15 DB Thrusters
  • 20 12 to 6 Sit Ups
  • 30 Side Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Windmills

Finish: 3:00 – 20/10 – High Knee/Plank Burnout
