Warm Up: 30 Squat Thrusts, 30 Sets Mountain Climbers, Run 500 Yards

5 Rounds:

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 50 Oblique Twists
  • 20 KB Sumo High Pulls
  • 20 Jump Overs

Finish: Partner Leg Throws 5 x 5
