Warm Up: RUN  RUN  RUN! First…100 Jumping Jacks, Run – Park

3 Rounds:

  • 25, 20, 15 Push Ups
  • 20 V – Crunches
  • 15 KB Rows – each side
  • 10 Bunny Hops
  • Run 300 yards

Finish: 25 Slam Balls
