Boot Camp Workout for 7-8-2013

Warm-up: Movement; rain – 20/10, x4: fast feet, squat thrusts; no rain – 20 squat thrusts, run 200 yards

4 Rounds:

  • 10 strict push-ups
  • 10 reverse rows
  • 30 toe touch crunches
  • 20 box jumps

Finish: rain – 20/10, x4: kb high pulls, prone rows, plank; no rain – run to park
